Meet Luke Brodie

Luke is a dynamic Master Facilitator who has led innovation experiences with leaders of Fortune 500 companies on four continents. He regularly designs and delivers meaningful, human-centric workshops for C-suite clients and other high-profile individuals. And he makes these experiences fun, memorable, and meaningful.

In addition to his work, Luke regularly shares his craft of facilitation through teaching others how to apply human-centric methods and has lectured on design thinking and organizational change at some of the world’s leading business schools including Rotman, ESADE, and Harvard. He is also on staff at The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University where he teaches courses on Creative Process and Design Management.

Before falling in love with professional facilitation over ten years ago, Luke enjoyed an interesting and diverse career path which included roles in airline management and having been a professional musician, releasing two full-length albums as a singer-songwriter in Mexico.

Luke is passionate about innovation, culture, employee experience, yoga, and cooking. He speaks English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese and holds an MBA from Ryerson University in Toronto.
